Experience

After several successful software sales roles, I dove in as one of the first ~10 employees at a data startup that went public ($AMPL) in 2021. Amplitude was an amazing product. Through persistence & vision, I helped build much of the early sales playbook that helped unlock product market fit. I closed deals with Twitter, PayPal, and IBM that put the company on the map. Before I left the company, I built out a successful sales team in Europe.

Since that experience, I have transitioned my life away from software sales and into food systems, community building, and land stewardship. I am building a 15 acre, multi-generational community and healing retreat center in Occidental, CA.

I continued consulting early stage companies before taking on a cofounding sales role at Permanent, a food systems startup. I left that role to focus on building my land project in 2023.

In 2024, I am opening back up to sales consulting roles. I would like to focus on supporting companies with whom I have a values fit.

Values

Authenticity

I work from a place of genuineness and of openness. I refuse to play games. I am unable to put on masks to make things work. I work only in environments that value authentic listening and sharing.

Connection

I support projects that foster deeper connection amongst those working on the project and for the whole. I do not work on projects that require any person to feel disconnected.


Integrity

I work in a way that requires me to constantly look at the impact of my decisions on those around me and the whole. I work with business people who want to create a successful business, and not at the cost of the people working on or impacted by the project. I always ask the hard questions.
