2024 Sales Consulting
Starting in summer of 2024, I will be taking on a handful of sales consulting engagements.
I am open to smaller scope (1-2 hours/week) to larger scope (10+ hours/week). My capacity is roughly 20 hours/week.
My rate is on average $300/hr, negotiable dependent on size of commitment. For extremely values-aligned projects with less resources, I am definitely open to negotiate that.
Small Scope
$350-450/hr
1-2 hours per week. Minimum 1 month commitment.
I will spend unpaid time researching your business & market. In billable hours, we will review your sales approach together.
Deliverables vary but could include an overall sales assessment, actionable sales tools to deploy to increase sales, sales coaching calls, sales hiring suggestions, seeds of direct sales and/or partnership strategy.
Medium Scope
$300-400/hr
2-10 hours per week. Minimum 1 month commitment.
I will spend unpaid time researching your business & market. In billable hours, we will review your sales approach together.
All the same deliverables as small scope. At this scope, I am also willing to do some sales alongside you.
Large Scope
$250-$350/hr
10+ hours per week. Minimum 1 month commitment.
I would likely prioritize your business as my only client and/or just a handful of other projects.
In this model, I would be your trusted partner for as long as you need in order to help you find product market fit.
